Change Policy

The Starter plan is unpaid, there is no monthly fee required.

Unpaid Subscriptions

The Starter and School & Non-Profit plans are both unpaid subscriptions, there is no monthly fee required.

1. All subscribers begin on the Starter Plan.

2. If you have a promotion free trial of a paid plan, it shall be considered an unpaid plan until the end of the trial period and governed by this Section 1 during the time that such plan is free.

Paid Subscriptions

You may change plans from an unpaid plan to the Premium or School & Non-Profit Plan, both paid plans.

1. Unpaid or lower rate plan to paid plan. Upon receipt of payment of the respective paid plan, you shall have Access to such plan’s Services and billing will occur pursuant to this Section 1. (Upgrade)

2. Higher rate to lower rate plan. The new payment amount and change in subscription takes effect from next billing date. No refund is given. (Downgrade)

To enroll in the School or Non-Profit Plan, a subscriber must demonstrate qualification of representing a Pre-K to 12 school or non-profit organization. A non-profit organization must submit a 501(c)3 IRS determination letter to [email protected]. Once a school or non-profit’s request to be enrolled in the School & Non-Profit Plan has been approved, that entity shall remain in such plan unless upgrading as detailed in this section.

Access to Photo Mosaic Slideshow

When changing from a plan that includes photo mosaic slideshows, such slideshows will cease being available at the end of the plan subscription and cannot be resumed. (That particular slideshow is erased from the system.)
