You must be a member to access our services, but we have free membership plans! Just pay for the products you order. Alternatively, if you are looking to order more frequently, we have annual membership plans that may fit your needs.

Ultimately, the turn around time starts once all the photos have been submitted. Once your client has confirmed that all the desired photos are uploaded, we process the photo mosaic proof within one week and post it in the client portal. You and your client will receive a notification that the proof is ready to view.

Once the proof is approved, we post an invoice in your member account and e-mail you an invoice for that order. Once the invoice is paid, the photo mosaic is printed and shipped within four weeks. (November and December orders typically take the full four weeks to arrive.) Digital components of the order are available within one week.

We know that finding 384 or 600 unique photos can be overwhelming! These are just the maximum number of photo tiles available. We recommend that a photo mosaic has at least 30% unique photos. For the standard print size, that would be 128 photos. For the large size, that would be 200 photos. We can duplicate those photos.

We can use almost any photo.

We recommend that the main photo image, the keystone, is submitted in the greatest file size possible (an original). The best main photos are of people with bright and distinct colors. We do not recommend using a photo with a white background since the background will have a gray tint with all the photo tiles.

With regard to individual tiles within the mosaic, we do not recommend photos with bright neon colors, red, fuchsia, or pink. Those photos tend to detract from the overall mosaic because they are so bright. We also do not recommend photos with signage or lettering since we may have to crop the photo and the difference between a person and sign looks odd in the final mosaic. In addition, large groups of people may be difficult to see and extreme close ups will look odd in the final product. That said, we will use any submitted photos. We encourage you to include this information on every customer portal and will provide a template note.

Yes, we crop photos as needed. We will make sure that the main image fits the size parameters. In addition, all of the photo tiles are cropped to a square dimension. We do our best to focus on the people in the photo. If there is a photo that needs a particular focus, we recommend that it be uploaded in the proper ratio format.

Then we don't get paid! If we are able to adjust the photo mosaic, then we will do so and resubmit a proof for approval. If we are not able to meet the requests for change or the proof is otherwise not approved, then there is no fee for that photo mosaic. We do hope that our members are able to guide their clients through the photo mosaic creation process to help ensure the photo mosaic meets their expectations.

We want to ensure that all the photo mosaic prints that leave our doors are the highest quality possible and are ready to hang.

That said, we realize that may teenagers these days would like to order a photo mosaic that may be important to them, but they won't be hung on the wall at their parents' house! We allow our school members to add photo paper mosaics to their product list to appeal to the interest of their students and parents who may not want a particular photo mosaic as part of their permanent art collection! We encourage our school members to limit the ordering of this print style to their currently enrolled families.

Absolutely! You may order photo mosaics at your wholesale purchase price. If you want to place your own order, simply set up a client portal under your member account. (We can walk you through the process!)

We will provide you with a code that you can embed in your website as an iframe code or you can link to a url. We require that these links not be distributed beyond the respective member.

Typically, school and non-profit organizations will display their own photo mosaics directly on their site. Event planners, venues, funeral homes, and crematoriums will typically play the slide show during an event or service.

You bill your client directly for the photo mosaic and digital products. We sell you the photo mosaic to you at a wholesale price as a member.

In certain circumstances, we are able to assist with the billing process for schools and non-profit organizations; there is an additional charge for this service.
