Client Portal Policy

We make available to our members client portals for the storage of photos and certain client communication. Client portals are closed for the following reasons and the content is no longer available.

1. Two months of no activity (no photos uploaded or proofs approved)

2. Inappropriate content in violation of the Terms and Conditions

3. The end of your subscription term

Once a client portal is closed content may not be recovered. Users associated with closed accounts shall be deleted.
